Returns & Exchange Policy

Effective Date: August 2025

We want you to love everything you order from Blondie. If something doesn’t feel right, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges.

 


 

Eligible for Exchange

The following products are eligible for exchange within 7 days of delivery:

  • Bracelets

  • Tote Bags

  • Matcha Kits

We’ll cover the return shipping costs.

 


 

Not Eligible for Return/Exchange

The following products are not eligible for return or exchange unless damaged:

  • T-Shirts

  • Caps

 


 

Damaged or Broken Items

If any product (including matcha kits, bottles, tote bags, bracelets, t-shirts, or caps) arrives damaged or broken, we will replace it or offer a full refund — your choice.

Please email us within 7 days of delivery at blondie.admin@bastianhospitality.com with:

  • Order number

  • Product photos showing damage

  • Description of the issue

 


 

Refunds

Refunds are processed only in the case of damaged or broken items. Once your claim is approved, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days.
