Shipping Policy

We currently ship across India from our HQ in Mumbai. Whether it’s your daily matcha fix or your new fav tote — we’ll get it to you safe and sound.

📦 Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after you place your order.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is packed and handed over to our delivery partner.

🚛 Delivery Timelines

  • Metro cities: Delivered within 3 business days from dispatch

  • Non-metro cities: Delivered within 5 business days from dispatch

  • We do not offer international shipping at the moment.

🕒 Delivery Hours

All orders are delivered between 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. No deliveries on public holidays.

📍Delivery Coverage
